Are you tired of long commutes and working far from home?
Ledcor Road Maintenance is offering exciting opportunities working on the Sierra Yoyo Desan highway in Fort Nelson, BC.
You will be responsible for winter and seasonal maintenance of the SYD highways using various heavy equipment.

Perform highway maintenance tasks year-round, including assisting with labourer duties (crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation, etc.)
Ledcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.

As we respond to various weather patterns, some shift work, on-call, and night shift will be required
Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required
Successful completion pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working outside in all weather conditions
Valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license with air endorsement
Clear 3-year driver's abstract
Previous experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset

$29.86 - $36.62 per hour
This is the applicable wage range for this position.
Individuals will be assigned a base wage within this range based on trade certification and/or apprenticeship level, industry experience, and work location.
