Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Operational Support:
- Support routine audits and equipment verification activities when needed.
- Provide administrative support for IT documentation and process updates.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise IT support operations.
- Opportunity to work with experienced IT professionals and develop real-world troubleshooting skills.
- Exposure to enterprise systems, user support processes, and IT operational best practices.
- Support both onsite and remote employees with IT-related requests.

Requirements
- Experience with IT troubleshooting tools and remote support software.
Nice to have
- Assist with inventory organization and general IT operational activities.
- Assist with asset management activities and special IT projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, Active Directory, and IT security best practices is a plus.
- Exposure to IT service management (ITSM) practices.
Compensation
- $22 - $23 Per Hour
