Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the team responsible for Statsig's global delivery infrastructure and ecosystem of 30+ SDKs.
  • Partner closely with product, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams to solve complex integration challenges and shape the future of Statsig's developer platform.
  • Experience developing production SDKs or developer-facing libraries, ideally across both native mobile and server-side environments.
  • Statsig's value is realized only when developers can integrate it easily and confidently deliver experiences to their users.
  • You'll help make sophisticated experimentation and feature delivery infrastructure feel remarkably simple to developers-whether they are building a mobile app, backend service, edge worker, game, television application, or something that does not exist yet.

  • We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Delivery and SDK team within Statsig at Amplitude.
  • This team builds the systems that connect developers to Statsig and safely deliver product experiences to end users around the world.

Requirements

  • The ability to connect infrastructure architecture, developer experience, and customer needs into a coherent technical roadmap.

  • A strong understanding of API and SDK design, including ergonomics, backward compatibility, performance, release management, and safe adoption.

Compensation

  • $254,000 - $381,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
  • Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $227,000 - $341,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
  • Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $227,000 - $341,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
