About the role
- NWACC offers a full range of associate degrees, certificates and workforce training programs that prepare students for rewarding futures and careers.
- The Testing Center Lab Assistant is a part-time position that reports directly to the Director of Testing Services.
- This position is responsible for the administration of pencil/paper and online/web-based course exams for online and traditional classes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a specialized or related field applicable to work performed
- Must have the ability to work work Saturdays from 7:30am
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- At least one year of experience working at an academic testing center
