As a Supply Excellence Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering our operations team to thrive by streamlining processes, developing impactful training, and driving continuous improvement across our organization.
As a Supply Excellence Specialist, you will partner with the Supply Excellence and Training teams to:
Develop and maintain custom Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with Nature's Bakery's quality and operational excellence standards.
Support the tracking, analysis, and improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive operational success.
Champion and implement continuous improvement strategies that enhance efficiency, foster lean methodologies, and inspire a culture of growth.

A background in high-speed manufacturing processes, preferably in food production or CPG.
Red Zone experience
Proven success with process improvement, lean techniques, and implementing operational changes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve errors effectively.
Organizational prowess with a knack for meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
A collaborative mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior manufacturing experience is essential.
Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
