About the role
- General Summary The Senior Director, Analytics, Integration, and Data Strategy will provide strategic leadership in driving the enterprise Analytics, Data Warehouse, Integration, and Application Development strategy and roadmap.
- This role is responsible for defining strategies around data quality, architecture, governance, and insights, as well as setting development standards and overseeing the overall technology architecture.
- Additional Qualifications - Experience leading enterprise analytics, integration, and application development teams in a multinational organization.
Requirements
- Must be able to move between buildings and floors.
- Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day.
- Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets.
- Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed.
- Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels on a daily basis.
- Willingness and ability to work on site at least 4 days a week.

- Experience leading enterprise analytics, integration, and application development teams in a multinational organization.
- Technical Expertise & Leadership Skills
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Azure Data Warehouse, and Tableau.
- Strong experience with enterprise application development, AI/ML, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
- Experience leading teams responsible for middleware, API management, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Hands-on experience in evaluating and implementing technology solutions across SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
- Soft Skills & Leadership Capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business and IT priorities.

Compensation
- $240,000 - $350,000/ year

- Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
