About the role
- KeystoneCare is seeking a dedicated and dynamic a Director of Quality, Compliance & Clinical Education for our Home Health and Hospice services.
- In addition to education and quality assurance, this position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement, adherence to agency policies, and compliance with governmental regulations.
- Evaluate and analyze data to identify trends and areas needing improvement.
Responsibilities
- You will also oversee the quality assurance processes, evaluating performance and care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance patient care.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance measures, conducting audits and performance reviews to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and policies.
