Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day workflow of the Parts Department
- Support and guide Parts team members with priorities, processes, and follow-up
- Support inventory accuracy, organization, and proper billing on repair orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts area

Requirements
- Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, marine, or related products is an asset
- Experience supporting or guiding others is considered an asset
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
