About the role
- HUB International is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Executive to join our Commercial Lines team in Ontario.
- The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with a proven track record in business development and a solid understanding of commercial insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new mid-market commercial accounts.
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop referral sources and maintain strong professional networks within the Ontario business community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, providing strategic guidance on risk management and insurance program design.
- Support long-term client retention through proactive engagement and responsive service.
- Maintain productive relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Required Travel: Up to 25%
- Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

- The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, i.e., discretionary draw plus commission.
