About the role

  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • - 8 years of experience in software development.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement agentic authorization solutions, directly contributing to GCP's Agent Cloud foundation strategy.
  • Collaborate with product managers, technical program managers, and other engineering teams across our organization to define the roadmap and deliver on our commitments.
  • Lead the evolution of Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) through AI/ML integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
  • 5 years of experience with cloud computing technologies.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
  • Experience programming in C++.
  • Experience working in cloud security.

Compensation

  • US: $207000 - $301000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
