Responsibilities
- CompuNet is seeking a Lifecycle Manager to provide support and satisfaction to our existing and future customer base.
- This role is responsible for managing licensing and support renewals, identifying and driving expansion opportunities, and providing support to sales and engineering teams to ensure customer software and support requirements are effectively met.
- Collaborate strategically with sales and engineering teams to safeguard the customer base and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive lifecycle advantage initiatives to encourage customer adoption which aligns to CompuNet's lifecycle efforts and partner programs.

Requirements
- You bring extensive experience in contract management, successfully navigating the complexities of diverse customer accounts ranging from Enterprise-level organizations to SMBs.
- You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience selling or supporting complex licensing and services with proven track record of success.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex spreadsheets, create pivot tables, use advanced formulas, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions.
