About the role
- Patient Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of duties including patient registration, self-pay collection, payment posting as well as exhibiting poise, tact and compassion when dealing with patients.
Responsibilities
- Triage phone calls and document all patient interactions in the EMR
Requirements
- Monday - Fridays are typically the days you will be scheduled, but an occasional Saturday may be required
Nice to have
- Experience scheduling/navigating EMRs (Nextech) is a plus
