In this role, you work directly with senior executives from the world's largest companies, delivering insightful guidance backed by our market-leading proprietary data and tools.
Your expertise and exceptional communication skills will help companies evaluate and mitigate governance risk based on shareholder perceptions while educating executives and board members on the evolving ESG landscape.
The role requires 5% travel or less, typically for conference attendance and occasional client visits.

4-7 years of successful work experience in a related role or equivalent advanced degree with a strong understanding of the executive compensation and corporate governance landscape
Technical comfort (including the ability to quickly learn and train on SaaS applications)
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field with an exceptional performance record; MBA or other related graduate degree a strong plus
Strong writing and public speaking skills
Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills

Ability to diagnose client needs and identify relevant resources

The Washington, DC expected base pay range is $90,000- $100,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education. This role is eligible for additional performance-based incentives.
