About the role

- Your expertise and exceptional communication skills will help companies evaluate and mitigate governance risk based on shareholder perceptions while educating executives and board members on the evolving ESG landscape.
- The role requires 5% travel or less, typically for conference attendance and occasional client visits.

Requirements
- 4-7 years of successful work experience in a related role or equivalent advanced degree with a strong understanding of the executive compensation and corporate governance landscape
- Technical comfort (including the ability to quickly learn and train on SaaS applications)
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field with an exceptional performance record; MBA or other related graduate degree a strong plus
- Strong writing and public speaking skills
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills

- Ability to diagnose client needs and identify relevant resources

Compensation
- The Washington, DC expected base pay range is $90,000- $100,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education. This role is eligible for additional performance-based incentives.
