Acquisition Support
Support acquisition program management activities and provide consulting and analytical support for federal programs and projects.
Support preparation and development of acquisition documentation, acquisition plans, and program-related deliverables.
Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and other acquisition-related documentation.
Conduct market research and support the preparation of Determination of Findings and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) documentation.
Analyze vendor capabilities, pricing structures, and industry trends to support acquisition decisions.
Conduct research, comparative analysis, and pricing evaluations to support realistic program cost projections.
Develop cost estimating templates, methodologies, and documentation standards.
Funding Management & Budget Support
Manage, track, and report project funding, budgets, obligations, and expenditures.

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in budget analysis, acquisition support, financial analysis, or related federal program support activities.
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, procurement processes, and financial management practices.
Experience supporting acquisition documentation, market research, cost estimation, and budget tracking.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal financial/data management systems.

Assist Program and Project Managers with acquisition planning, procurement timelines, milestone tracking, and performance management.
Provide assessments and recommendations throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Ensure all acquisition documentation complies with USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, FAR, and applicable federal regulations and policies.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare procurement-ready documentation for Government review and submission.
Research and evaluate a minimum of three vendors capable of meeting program requirements.
Assist with the development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and lifecycle cost estimates.
Track cost estimates versus actual costs and recommend mitigation strategies for variances.
Provide cost estimation training and promote best practices across the PMO.
