About the role
- You will work with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, merchandising, product, technology, and operations to further scale a high-growth digital business serving veterinary practices and pet owners.
- This is a senior leadership role with real P&L responsibility and broad influence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own the ecommerce and revenue plan for the online pharmacy business
- Drive growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and average order value
- Own the end-to-end customer journey, from first visit through reorder and subscription
- Partner with Product and UX teams to improve site experience, checkout, and mobile performance
- Lead ecommerce merchandising strategy including pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and assortments
- P artner with product on developing a multi-year roadmap and prioritization
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing ecommerce team

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with a master's in computer science or business desired

Nice to have
- Experience working in regulated, complex, or fulfillment-heavy environments strongly preferred
