Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, set goals, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate building maintenance, upgrades, and repairs; manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
  • Create preventive maintenance programs, inspection schedules, and repair protocols.
  • Manage department budgets, forecast expenses, and allocate resources for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Negotiate service contracts, manage relationships with external providers, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate logs of inspections, repairs, maintenance schedules, and project documentation.

Requirements

Skills

  • Strong project management experience (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications preferred)
  • Knowledge of construction, renovation, and facility management processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software and documentation tools.
  • Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal departments.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, P& IDs, and technical as-built will be a plus
  • General computer skills and ability to complete electronic work orders, enter data into systems, and send emails

Compensation
