Responsibilities
- Lead and assign job responsibilities to all department personnel as directed by the department supervisor.
- A department Lead is responsible for productivity tasks and to keep a steady work flow within the department and dependent Fulfillment departments
- Assist in identifying associates that perform below the set goals and retrain if necessary.

Requirements
- Must be able to Read, Write, and Speak English.
- Must have patience and the capability to train/teach associates.
- Ability to learn to operate RF Scanner and other necessary job tools.
- Ability to operate equipment & lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to understand all functions through training.
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Must be willing to cross-train outside of your immediate department.
- Ensure all team members arrive on time, take scheduled breaks or lunches as required and stay within the scheduled time frames.
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required
