Responsibilities

  • Drive project priorities, including finding and aligning resources effectively to help with the design project work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
  • 3 years of work experience working with executive leaders.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • Expertise in video creation and creator tools on platforms similar to YouTube.
  • You are a systems-level thinker and a fierce advocate for both your users and your team.
  • With a practiced eye for quality, you will transform complex workflows into elegantly simple experiences.
