About the role

Job Description: The Ohana Therapist reports to a Clinical Program Manager and is responsible for providing evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families.
Other important dimensions of this position include commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and quality of care and outcomes measurements, professionalism, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
The therapist will be expected to participate in training in EBT (evidence-based therapies); education and supervision activities connected to identified areas of clinician interest and programmatic needs of Ohana.

Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology or Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
Must pass orientation and initial competency assessment as well as ongoing required training.
LCSW, or LMFT is required.
AVADE certification must be obtained within the first 6 months of hire.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and curiosity as well as comfort prioritizing safety and quality of care.
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and families.
Training in either Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is preferred, but not required.

American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
Live Scan fingerprint clearance required by the Department of Healthcare Services is a job requirement.
