Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve capacity planning processes, models, and reporting infrastructure across assigned product lines and manufacturing partners.
- Translate demand forecasts and SIOP outputs into resource-constrained production plans, incorporating supplier lead times, yield, equipment, and labor constraints.
- Design and execute multi-scenario capacity models (e.g., demand volatility, NPI ramps, supplier allocation shifts) and provide data-driven recommendations with clear trade-offs.
- Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling capacity forecast in partnership with Supply Planning and Business Units, accounting for product ramps and shifting customer demand.
- lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve constraints.
- Build and manage data pipelines (ETL) that extract, transform, and load data from internal and external sources (Databricks, Oracle, APIs, Excel) into reporting environments.
- Set up and maintain API connections to automate ingestion of operational, supply chain, and manufacturing data.
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and heatmap reporting to highlight shortages, supply gaps, capacity constraints, and recovery plans.
- Develop and automate recurring reports to support planning, forecasting, inventory/WIP visibility, and operational decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in capacity planning, supply chain analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related role within semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing.
