Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain accurate budgets and forecasts
  • Manage progress billing and percentage-of-completion calculations
  • Support retainage tracking and billing
  • Accounts Receivable Support
  • Partner with Project Managers to support collection strategies

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in a project-based accounting environment
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice to have

  • Experience is preferred over a degree, but degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is welcome

This role partners closely with Project Managers (PMs) to oversee project setup, budgeting, billing, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
