Responsibilities
- deliver on marketing and business development initiatives aligned with sector priorities
- support opportunities to grow our revenues
- We have a well-established global M&BD team which supports the firm on a wide range of business development, client relationship management and reputational activities.
- We need a proactive and detail-oriented specialist to support the delivery of marketing and business development initiatives for the LSHC and the life sciences regulatory practices.
- You will support the execution of client development and profile-raising initiatives for the sector and the
- Assist with the preparation of materials to support new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update credentials, pitch content, and marketing materials.
- Prepare pitch teams for presentations and support post-pitch reviews.
- Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns for the sector and practices to help raise our profile and awareness among our key target audiences, and generate opportunities to meet potential clients.
- Build and manage relationships with membership associations and programs with which the firm is a member of and/or partner.
Requirements
- Five (5)+ years of relevant experience required, preferably in a legal or professional services sector.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain an excellent eye for detail.
- Established knowledge and experience of the life sciences and health care sector preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including lunch hour, with flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed.

- Pragmatic, diplomatic and resourceful, with the ability to adapt quickly to different situations and personalities.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively, especially with teams across countries and time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compensation
- In Washington, D.C., the expected base salary range for this role is $79,050 - $111,230 per year.
