About the role
- Job Details Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health is accepting applications for an internal medicine or family medicine Physician to join our concierge primary care practice based in Center City Philadelphia, PA.
- Job Description This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- The in-person office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30 pm, with off-hours call coverage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care with specialists and collaboratively support acute and chronic conditions
- After-hours availability by phone and in-basket management with support from care team
