About the role

  • The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support crews with site preparation, grading, excavation support, and material handling
  • Support concrete placement, consolidation, finishing, and curing activities
  • Perform general labor duties including digging, shoveling, trench cleanup, and jobsite housekeeping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Earthwork, grading, and excavation support

Requirements

  • Traveling required
  • Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous construction experience required
  • concrete or heavy civil construction experience preferred
  • Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete placement, or foundation work is a plus
  • Valid driver's license preferred
