About the role
- Kforce has a client in New York, NY seeking a Data Engineering & AI Workflow Specialist to join their team.
- This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing ETL processes while contributing to the development and operationalization of AI solutions within an enterprise environment.
- The ideal candidate combines strong data engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in modern AI development workflows, including integration into business processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL data pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver data across systems
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources to support downstream analytics and AI use cases
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing platforms
- Develop and refine AI development workflows, including experimentation, evaluation, and deployment support
- Support data preparation, feature engineering, and validation for AI/ML models
- Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation details for maintainability and handoff
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in cloud or distributed environments
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance
Requirements
- Strong experience with ETL/data processing (Python)
- Familiarity with AI/ML development workflows
Compensation
- The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
