About the role

Review and analyze customer design data and artwork to specify and manipulate circuit board designs paying close attention to specifications, tolerances, panel layout and process capabilities
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation to include work instructions and procedures
Maintain capabilities matrix to assist the Front-End departments in planning/tooling job orders
Assist departmental leads to prioritize workflow while keeping in mind the ever changing demand and deviations of client needs
Perform administrative duties such as conducting performance appraisals, completing disciplinary forms, approval of timesheets and documentation of attendance and tardiness
Work with department managers to implement company polices and goals
Recommend and implement solutions for customer designs that consider customer needs, production requirements and financial impact
Provide sales organization and field engineers with technical support in reviewing customer requirements and manufacturability

Ability to read and understand drawings, stack ups and CAM DRCs
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5-7 years' experience in the Front-End department within the printed circuit board industry is preferred.
