We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to help scale our regional and account-based

Own end-to-end execution of field programs - trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and
partner activations - each tied to a defined target account list and pipeline goal
Partner closely with Sales (AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership) to build target account lists, prioritize outreach
Design and run pre-event, day-of, and post-event motions that maximize registration-to-attendance conversion and
Lead pre-event marketing campaigns, attendee engagement strategies, and brand promotion across digital and
Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for field programs that can flex across segments and regions as Ivo's calendar
Relocation and Visa Support: We also offer relocation assistance for successful applicants moving to SF, as well as support for visa and green card applications where applicable.

3-5 years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, or a related B2B marketing function - ideally in
Experience with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and design tools (Canva, Figma)

experience working with Fortune 500 clients, running ABM programs, or operating in a high-growth

The USD OTE range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 (+equity would be on top of this).
