Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory tasks in accordance with study protocols-such as urine drug screens, dipsticks, pregnancy tests, and equipment setup.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and monitor laboratory equipment.
  • Manage supply inventory to support all study activities.
  • Support additional clinical duties as assigned.
  • Work alongside a friendly, long-standing group of professionals who value collaboration, communication, and mutual support.
  • Instead of running routine diagnostic tests, you'll help support the development of new drugs, devices, and therapies that could change how diseases are treated.

Requirements

  • Hands-on and energetic: You enjoy being actively engaged and on your feet during your shift.
  • Occasionally, required skills/experiences for jobs are expressed in brief terms.

Nice to have

  • Prior laboratory experience required.
  • Demonstrated pipetting proficiency and comfort handling biological samples.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) - fluent in English reading, writing, and communication
  • conversational Spanish required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a regulatory or clinical research environment preferred.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, nights, and occasional day shifts based on study needs.

Skills

  • Receive comprehensive training and mentorship in specialized lab techniques and regulatory standards.

Compensation

  • $40,900.00 - $69,500.00
  • The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
