Responsibilities
- Manage and execute turnkey lighting retrofit projects, with full ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage procurement logistics, including bill of materials creation, vendor coordination, and oversight of shipping, material delivery, and warehouse inventory.
- Ensure installation readiness and compliance through pre and post installation inspections with customers, contractors, and utility partners.
- Deliver complete closeout packages, including photo documentation, energy reports, and commissioning results.
Requirements
- Certificates, Licenses and/or Registrations PMP Certification preferred OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred Valid, insurable Driver's License required PEC is not able to provide sponsorship for work visas.
- All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
Skills
- When not traveling, this position will be based in-person in our Vancouver, WA office.
- This position has a hiring range of $92,000 - $135,000.
Compensation
- $30k-$50k
