Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE) or structured finance-related fields, e.g. banking, private credit, asset management, valuation services. Exposure to CMBS, ABS, consumer/specialty finance, or similar asset classes strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment where you own your work end-to-end
- Exposure to senior leadership, institutional investors, and lending partners
- Meaningful ownership and growth opportunities in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
Nice to have
- Assist in monitoring compliance with existing facility covenants and reporting requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE) or structured finance-related fields, e.g. banking, private credit, asset management, valuation services.
- Exposure to CMBS, ABS, consumer/specialty finance, or similar asset classes strongly preferred
- Passion for commercial real estate and structured finance
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
- Experience with Claude is a plus or other AI tools
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise materials for senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
