About the role
- An understanding of facility characteristics, rules, policies and procedures.
- Licensure/Certification: WSI Certification or Obtain within 90 days of hire date American Heart Association BLSCertification (CPR/AED, First Aid) Lifeguard Certification through American Red Cross or otherapproved certifying body.

Nice to have
- Minimum one year lifeguard experience preferred.
- Previous swim lesson instruction preferred.
Skills
- Thorough knowledge and application of teaching swimming and water safety skills.
Compensation
- $13.00 - $18.00 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
- The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
