Responsibilities

  • Facilities Development and Management, University Architect's Office is seeking a Program Coordinator Senior to assist interior design department with space planning, furniture selections, fixture selection, and equipment, and associated relocation coordination.
  • Assists the office of the University Architect's programming, interior design, and move coordination teams with efforts across all campuses
  • Maintains and updates internal finish standardization documentation for completed projects
  • Assists with minor furniture relocation (e.g. chairs, small boxes, etc.) drives university vehicle
  • Activities are primarily performed in a regular, climate-controlled office setting subject to extended periods of standing/sitting for varying lengths of time and travel moderate distances to perform work
  • Drive University vehicles/and or carts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field

Skills

  • Space planning
  • Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) planning and installation
  • Working with FFE vendors
  • Project coordination/management
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Compensation

  • $52,000 - $56,000 per year, commensurate of experience and education.
  • $56,000.00 USD Annual
