- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) / Qualified Person designation
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in Canadian customs brokerage and trade compliance
- Deep working knowledge of the Customs Act, Customs Tariff, SIMA, and OGD/PGA requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience managing CAD adjustments (formerly B2s) and CBSA compliance verifications within the CARM environment
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex regulations into actionable business guidance
- Strong ability to operate autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
- Assets / Preferred
- Certified Trade Compliance Specialist (CTCS) designation (highly desired

- JORI Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Senior Trade Compliance Specialist (Licensed Customs Broker) to serve as our lead subject matter expert for all Canadian trade compliance matters.
- Reporting directly to the Manager of Canadian Operations, this senior-level role holds full ownership of the Canadian adjustment process and serves as the primary consultant for complex client compliance inquiries.
- This position goes beyond day-to-day execution and plays a critical role as an educator, mentor, and strategic advisor to both internal teams and external clients.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed leader with deep regulatory expertise who can mitigate risk, improve compliance accuracy, and provide trusted guidance to both operations and client stakeholders.
