About the role
- OneTrack enables effortless logistics operations for the world's largest brands and logistics companies.
- Today, OneTrack is deployed in 100s of warehouses across North America working with companies like Kellanova, Ryder, Church & Dwight, ID Logistics, and many more.

Responsibilities
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions for project-related issues.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain technical information used in the execution of field projects.
Requirements
- The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role.
- 5+ years' experience in field project execution.
- Strong knowledge of technical service principles and techniques, project management methodologies, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and other software platforms utilized.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAD software (Fusion 360 preferred).
