Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design user-centric interfaces through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Design and implement relational data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights and data visualization.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps).
- Access to resources, training, and mentorship to support your professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Nice to have
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience using C# to extend Power Apps or integrate with backend services.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and environment management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Exposure to federal environments and compliance frameworks.

Skills
- Project Summary
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine applications and improve adoption.
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Azure) and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications to improve performance and usability.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, and governance within Power Platform environments.
- Required for This Opportunity
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
- Minimum of 8 years of overall IT and/or development experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with Power BI and SharePoint.
- Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of application development lifecycle and business process automation.
Compensation
- At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member.The targeted base salary range for this role is $117,000-$177,000 per year.
