Responsibilities
- Performs services planned, delegated, and supervised by the OT(s)
- Maintains clear and timely documentation, including daily session notes and quarterly progress reports
- Supports classroom teams with implementation of motor, sensory, and executive function supports and strategies
- Note: The COTA is NOT able to conduct evaluations, interpret data, alter IEP plans, or perform any task without the express knowledge and approval of the supervising OT.
- This role works collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, educators, and interdisciplinary specialists to support IEP goals, sensory regulation, motor development, and student independence.

- Key Requirements
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- California licensure (active)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with autism and sensory processing strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs and interdisciplinary teams
- Core Responsibilities
Compensation
- Up to $85,000, commensurate with experience
- Competitive salary up to $85,000"
