Responsibilities
- Specialization Responsible for leading small-scale generation, transmission or distribution project(s) OR performs project management activities in support of large-scale project(s) managed by a more senior PM
- Team Leadership Leads a multidisciplined matrix team in a safe, cost- effective and responsible manner.
- Intermediate ability to manage stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience supporting renewable energy projects, electric utility infrastructure, transmission line projects, permitting activities, contractor management, and capital project delivery is highly valued.
- Ability to adhere to set response times, deadlines and time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to follow accuracy standards
- Ability to follow through on decision-making tasks
- Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to communicate and problem solve when under stress

- Project Development and Planning Serves as project manager (PM) for small-scale generation, substation, transmission and/or distribution projects.
- Has responsibility for all aspects of a project, including development, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
- Program/Project Management Accountable for effectively managing programs/projects to meet goals for safety, budget, schedule, scope, resources, compliance and quality
- determines and applies appropriate project controls
- integrates project control processes between various PGE organizations
Compensation
- Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity.
