About the role
- Your book of business will consist of the most prominent investment firms in the region.
- This role is fast-paced and client-facing with a focus on client portfolio growth and team development.
- As a Client Solutions leader and first point of contact for our clients, you will also work alongside our product and engineering team to translate insights into product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Hire and coach top performers and maintain talent density
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles
- 1-2 years of experience managing a client-facing team
Compensation
- $110,000 - $130,000, based on seniority and relevant experience
- This is a hybrid role, in our NYC office 2-3 times per week.
