Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day interface with government leadership, building trusted relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, functional consultants, cybersecurity professionals, OEM partners, and subcontractors supporting a large-scale enterprise system implementation.
- Manage program execution, including schedules, staffing, deliverables, budgets, risks, dependencies, and contractual performance requirements.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, subcontractors, and OEM partners to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
- Support ERP/HCM implementation activities across the full project lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Provide leadership and oversight of Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities and support efforts to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO).
- Experience managing subcontractors, OEM partners, and government stakeholders in highly regulated environments.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required (no dual citizenship due to contract requirements).
- Active TS clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI access and CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- 10+ years of experience leading complex technology programs, task orders, or enterprise system implementations.
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Department of Defense (DoD) programs required.
- Experience leading or delivering enterprise ERP/HCM system implementations, preferably Workday.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams supporting enterprise technology implementations.
- Experience supporting RMF processes and activities required to achieve and maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO).
- Experience managing customer-facing technology delivery programs involving multiple subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
