About the role

The Seven Sons on-farm store exists for the purpose of providing our loyal patrons with a fun and convenient local point of purchase.
Our store also serves a place where new first-time customers can discover and learn more about our farm's mission and product offerings.
Areas of Effectiveness: As a Retail Store Representative you will be expected to produce the following results: Ensure that each visitor leaves our farm feeling welcomed, appreciated, informed as well as a sense of community and connection to our farm.

Strong written/verbal communications skills & track record of being a friendly person.
Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to use deductive reasoning.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work well in a team oriented setting.

Past retail store and customer service experience, (preferred, but not required).

Roanoke, IN 46783 Compensation $16 per hour (based on level of experience) $167 monthly food credit ($2000 per year) Value Sharing Bonus Program
