Responsibilities
- Design semiconductor devices and define process DOE splits in the fab
- Support technology qualification and implementation for new products
- Support production ramp up of new technologies and products
Requirements
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
- Experience with CMOS technology development, characterization, modeling, or process integration.
- Experience with semiconductor device characterization, device physics, and TCAD simulation tools (Sentaurus, Silvaco, or similar)
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering, material science or similar discipline.
- PhD is preferred.

Compensation
- $110k-$152k
