About the role
- Establish and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and team execution.
- Assist with recruiting and mentoring new franchisees, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and territory alignment.
- Oversee ongoing franchisee performance and provide business coaching to ensure service excellence and profitability.
Responsibilities

- Use performance data and key metrics to guide decisions and drive efficiency.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both written and verbal communication) required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent military, operational, or entrepreneurial experience will be considered.
