About the role
- We are currently in search of a seasoned and self-driven Network Engineer.
- A strong work ethic is fundamental to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with network colleagues to ensure the seamless and dependable operation of software and systems, aligning with business objectives and processes.
- Develop and uphold comprehensive documentation related to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service histories.
Requirements
- While a bachelor's degree, networking certifications, ConnectWise or Halo experience, and general technical systems understanding are advantageous, they are not obligatory.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, capable of articulating intricate technical matters to audiences of varying technical proficiency levels.
- Configure, maintain, and provide support for customer infrastructure as required.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure design and implementation.
- Proficiency in devising solutions for intricate routing demands.
- Junior-level mastery of firewalls, switches, wireless, and other networking components.
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and an eagerness to continuously learn.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to mentor less-experienced colleagues.
- Ability to provide valuable insights, guidance, and best practices in problem-solving scenarios.
- Strong aptitude for critical thinking, problem resolution, and informed decision-making.
