Requirements
- Candidates must be authorized to work in United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Support the preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports and disclosures, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, Section 16 filings, and other required securities filings
- Assist in the administration of insider trading compliance programs, including pre-clearance processes, blackout periods, and tracking of Section 16 reporting obligations
- Coordinate with outside counsel, auditors, transfer agents, and other external advisors on securities and governance matters
- Bachelor's degree required
- Paralegal Certificate required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting corporate securities, public company compliance, corporate governance, or related legal functions
- Experience with independently drafting and submitting SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and Section 16 reporting
- Strong understanding of public company reporting requirements, corporate governance practices, and securities law compliance
Compensation
- Company social events to include annual volunteer day and donation matching
- In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $80,000 - $100,000.
