Responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Maintain SEC filing calendars and coordinate information gathering across internal stakeholders
- Maintain corporate records, minute books, governance documents, and subsidiary records
Requirements
- Support the preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports and disclosures, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, Section 16 filings, and other required securities filings
Compensation
- Company social events to include annual volunteer day and donation matching
- In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $80,000 - $100,000.
