About the role

As the PM for Rostra, you're not just shipping features; you're shaping how a healthcare company of our scale moves, trusts, and acts on data.

6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning data platform, data integration, or data infrastructure products
Deep familiarity with enterprise data concepts including ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT, schema management, data quality, and lineage - and the ability to translate these into clear product decisions
Ability to operate at both the strategic and the technical level - you can read a pipeline architecture diagram and write a crisp product brief for the same feature
Strong cross-functional instincts - you know how to align Data Engineering, Client Success, Analytics, and Compliance around a shared roadmap
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping as you'll need to balance competing priorities with limited resources

Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data lakehouse architectures
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI deployment in enterprise settings
