About the role

  • This position is responsible for setting project goals and objectives, coordinating with clients to establish clear expectations, and managing all phases of the project from start to finish.
  • This includes establishing project budgets, timelines, and milestones, determining levels of innovation, and creating mechanisms to track and report on project progress.
  • The PM delegates tasks, monitors project activities, and ensures project deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

  • Physical: Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, maneuver in construction site environments, and sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to listen and visualize the clients desired outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including a strong understanding of design, construction, and contract language.

Skills

  • Proficiency in project planning, prioritization, cost management, client relations, and control software (CAD, Revit, Excel, Word).
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with BOMA would be preferred.
