About the role

This person will sit on the Growth team, work closely with and report to the Senior Manager of Creative and Marketing.
The right candidate has worked directly in relevant fields such as technical journalism, product marketing, or engineering.
He or she is inherently creative, an expert communicator, and exercises exceptional judgement.

Own Amca's relationship with external platforms (e.g., forums) and networks.
To start, these are the core areas of work this person will own.
Own the go-to-market strategy for Amca's product development platform, RAPID.
Develop, in collaboration with our engineering team, a clear, technically honest, and compelling way to communicate what RAPID is and why it matters to a range of stakeholders: engineers, program managers, and government leaders.
Work with the CEO, VP of Growth, and other members of the leadership team to develop and refine how we communicate about the industrial base.
Maintain deep awareness of what is being published in the industrial ecosystem to continuously sharpen Amca's position and POV within policy discourse.

$100,000 - $170,000 USD
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Serve as the primary technical contributor on multi-media, spanning long-form writing (op-eds, blog posts, industry publications), video (long + short form), events, and other branded materials.
Work closely with our engineering team to ensure all technical content is captured accurately.
