About the role
- This role is responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation, coordinating communications across internal and external teams, and ensuring all project tracking activities remain accurate, current, and accessible to the appropriate stakeholders.
- A primary focus of this position is supporting the maintenance and ongoing management of detailed project plans.
- This includes updating tasks, timelines, dependencies, and milestones as the project progresses, and ensuring the plan remains aligned with the latest inputs from our team and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the integrated project plan including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and milestones on a continuous basis
- Maintain version control of project plans and ensure all team members are working from the most current documentation
- Maintain the risk register, issue log, and action item tracker
- Support early identification of scheduling conflicts and resource constraints through regular analysis of project plan data
- Assist in developing and tracking corrective action plans in response to identified risks or issues
- Prepare and distribute regular status reports, dashboards, and project updates to maintain stakeholder awareness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role on professional services or technology programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint or Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
