About the role

  • The Financial Analyst uses multiple systems and applications to monitor budgets, receivables and expenditures, with heavy emphasis on data analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Make recommendations for resolution and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in budgeting, financial analysis and/or accounting.
  • Experience reconciling accounts.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A resume and cover letter are required to be considered for this position.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday.
  • Experience with designing spreadsheets with advanced formulas.
  • Experience in contract administration.

Compensation

  • The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking.

  • At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
