Lead and develop a team of hands-on security architects, fostering a high-performance culture built on technical excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.
Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1's and formal reviews, and provide ongoing coaching to develop team members to unlock their full potential.
Own the enterprise security roadmap, aligning security initiatives with business priorities, organizational risk tolerance, and evolving regulatory requirements.
